[How to Make a Registration]

  • Access to the registration site and create a new user account.
  • Log into your account with your ID (email address) and password that you have set when creating your account.

  • Making a registration for the 6th Plant Dormancy Symposium
  • Booking accommodations around the symposium venue
  • Submitting your abstract
  • You can also change/cancel what you registered online. Please keep in mind that some charges for the change/cancellation might be required when your action affects the payment amount. Our cancellation policies are shown when you make a registration.

    [Guidelines for Abstract Submission]

  • Please FIRST make a registration, complete the payment, then submit an abstract.
  • All presenters should use Abstract submission form.
  • After converted to PDF, please submit PDF version of your abstract through website.
  • Please save the PDF file with a name based on the rule of [Your Registration ID_Your Name].
    eg: RG00001_First Middle Family
  • Your registration ID will be issued when you have completed your conference registration, and notified on the auto-replying confirmation email and also shown on the page of Conference Registration.

    • Abstract submitters that will not complete the payment of the fee by August 31, will not have their abstract included in the final abstract book.
    • There will be no refunds for cancellations.
    • Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.

    • Abstract book

    The registration fee for accompanying person includes:

    (*) The application for the Gala Dinner is available until October 9. After that, we cannot accept any requests of the participation.

    Visa Information

    Depending on your nationality you may be required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. Please apply for your Visa well in advance of your travel. As visa guidelines and application requirements vary considerably depending on the country, we recommend that you contact the Japanese embassy in your home country as early as possible to inquire about the specific visa regulations regarding your country.     We are only able to issue required documents for visa application to participants who complete registration and full payment of registration fee. Note that the visa refusal is no reason for refund of the registration fee.
